Budget carrier Tiger Airways will launch direct flights between Singapore and Cebu, Philippines on September 6.
Cebu will be Tiger’s second destination in the Philippines after Manila, where it flies to both Ninoy Aquino International Airport and Clark International Airport.
Tiger said Cebu is the number one tourist destination in the Philippines and holds a strong appeal for many travellers looking to escape to a tropical paradise.
There will be four flights a week – on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays – when the service starts.
The flights will be increased to a daily service in October to update time and flight visit flight scanner to update.
Tickets are on sale now at S$55 for a one-way ticket including taxes. – CNA
